Shqipëria 2030 is a long-term, national development plan, which has set strategic goals and urban policies to be followed throughout the upcoming years. The plan is divided in three books, which must be loyal to the brand but also have their own distinctions. An identifying color was appointed to each book regarding its content. A green color was selected for the General National Plan, due to its environmental-friendly approach and green policies. Turquoise color is probably the most identifying color of Albanian coasts, so it was selected for the General Coastal Plan. And for the Economical area Tiranë-Durrës Plan, a dynamic red color was the best fit.
